Terrible Treatment by a Manager
I went to order a pizza for the first time! I ordered a Deep Dish pizza with 2x extra Sauce ham!
I got home there wasn't any Sauce and 16 tiny peices of ham! I took the pizza back and said I want another pizza and he said do you want 3x Sauce? I said yes and I want to buy 2 cups of Sauce he rang it up and was going to charge me for a replacement! He said we DON'T give a replacement I said what and he said we DON'T have to we're a Franchise!
I bought the 2 cups of Sauce! I got.gome and they were only 2/3rds full! I said I want to the Manager he said I am!
I worked at a Little Ceasars for 3 years 35 years ago! I never treated my Customers like that and they were repeat Customers!I
User's recommendation: I would tell the Customer's to ask if they were a Franchise store! If they.said yes then do you accept coupons because they DON'T because their a Franchise so DON'T have to! Funny 5 Customer's left without ordering a pizza! I was being pleasant!!!

Went to little Caesars to order cheese an one pepperoni pizza. They gave me two pepperoni pizza's.
I called the manager an stated this happened last week as well. Asked if she remembered me calling last week about the same issue.She states bring old pizza back but we ain't gonna be switching out pizza's because u ain't spend nothing but 5.99 per pizza be happy u got pepperoni for free. Manager name is talea and this is the location in Winston-Salem NC. On North point Blvd.Store ID 02002-****.

Horrible customer service. Will call corporate everyday until something is done about the manager an service.I have video which I've uploaded to YouTube about said store an service

I I ordered over the phone a Canadian bacon and mushroom calzone I didn't check to make sure it was right when I got home I looked and it was a pepperoni. So I called an employee answered and handed me the phone to do I'm assuming a manager.
The manager or person I was talking to said that they could make me what I had ordered in the first place if I brought the pizza back. So I drove back up there to return the Pizza. The manager or guy I spoke with asked me if the problem was that I got the wrong order I guess I don't know. I told him I ordered over the phone Canadian bacon and mushrooms so he brought me the pizza and I looked at it it looked right.
I got back home and I started eating it and had pepperoni in the calzone part of it and mixed in big chunks with the ham and onions and I don't know what else is in it. I have an allergy to sausage Italian sausage the pepperoni I told them I cannot eat pepperoni because they messed my order up they were upset they had to make another Pizza and either peeled off a pepperoni pizza and put the other toppings on it or just added the pepperoni chunks to it. I can't eat any of it and hope what I did eat doesn't cost me problems. I have never had a problem at this store before.
The guy I spoke with I don't know if he's a manager it seems like he was upset about the whole deal like he was my fault that they couldn't take my order right. That was polite and I told him thank you and he just looked at me and I left. At the least I want my meal replaced then I would like something for having to go through all this for no reason. It was the guy that was working tonight at the St Joseph Missouri location on Ashland the bigger guy longer hair heavy set I don't know his name.
But if he's a manager I think that's a mistake. Find up in the hospital have to get a shot it will be significantly more than a replacement meal.
Enough of my time has been wasted. I will not dispose of the pizza , and would like something done about this employee/ manager.
Preferred solution: The guy who served me the pizza knowing it was wrong for the second time needs to get suspended with a verbal warning. You don't intentionally serve a customer food when they tell you they cannot eat it.

I ordered in pickup window, on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 @ 7:27pm. Order number 101****.
Store number 03393-0****! Like I stated 2 flys baked into my slice of pizza, I would have never known it, but I ate half of one of the flys and the other part of it fell onto my plate! I turned my pizza over and there is another fly baked into my slice. I immediately started vomiting!
I have pictures and have no idea of how many flys or anything else I ate! I took pictures of my vomit as well. So, I ask do I need to share all of this with my receipt showing my purchase on Social Media Platforms. This is what my hard earned money gets me and my 2 boys!
You know I just dont have money to throw away on fresh baked flys. Im also taking a screenshot of this email to see if corporations care what their consumers EAT!

Order was incorrect it was promised a refund or to remake my order correctly however when I attempted to have my order redone as promised they refused and said they had no idea what I was talking about I called and talk to the person that was in charge that night and they said my name was not on the list for my order and they cannot do anything about it they would have to contact the manager which I have never received a response?? So indeed I am upset and I would appreciate my order redone and given to me at no charge for actually Ive already paid that charge and did not receive what I paid for!!
So that night I had already promised friends that we would have pizza and chicken wings I went down there and paid for an additional order two stuffed crust pizzas and two orders of chicken wings?? Which cost me another 40 some odd dollars and yet still have not received a response from that locations manager The location was in Wheeling West Virginia on the Ohio river on Warsaw St., Boulevard whatever??

Was not able to speak with anyone in customer service to file complaints. Called the location today.
The daytime manager was rude and left me on hold for 17min while she supposedly retrieved the corporate customer service number. I hung up. Upon purchasing my order online at 7:25pm 12/23/21 the receipt stated my order would be ready by 7:56pm - 8:01pm. When I arrived at 8pm, I waited for 5min to be helped because no employees were at the register.
Once I let the young lady know my name and pickup order number, I was told that my wings were not done and it would be a few min. I did not receive my food until 8:25pm. The manager on site was running back and fwd from the register to the food prep station. Handling money, not washing hands or sanitizing before boxing pizza and other food items.
At one point he even left the cash register open while he was in the back or the store. Money was visibly there if someone wanted to steal. The store was very messy, with over 15-25 boxes of pizzas sitting in the back on the right side; of which the manager just opened and threw boxes as he looked for pizza orders. Upon finally receiving my food, there was no apology offered for the extended wait.
I threw the food out, because we are still in a pandemic and I witnessed the employees without mask and no gloves. They were handling food and money at the cash register without sanitizing. Id like a full refund, and I will never visit this location again.
Very disappointed at the lack of customer service from the management staff. Both daytime and night managers.

For the bad service
I dont know if youll are aware that the phone doesnt work or the workers have it disconnected is not the first time this happens and tried to tell the person that supposed to be in charge and she completely ignored me and let me tell you I working a restaurant before and we were told everyday Customers are always first you have problems they stay outside because we as a customer make restaurant grow and be popular but theres really not the many people going there no more why cuz everyone is saying same thing we dont have computers to make the orders and the only way is by calling cuz a lot of them dont speak English.but the only one that is losing business is the restaurant.

They should replace your meal and that is it. They should not give you anything for through this. If you cannot afford more food then do without.
