The Little Caerars on 3001 Bonita Rd SUITE 500, Chula Vista, CA 91910 never gets the pizza right that I paid for.
I bought a Deep Dish peperoni, bacon and extra sauce. They either forget the extra sauce and I go home or they remake the pizza.
Today I said multiple times dont forget the sauce. I have drove back to get my pizza remade.
I asked the lady that took my money is there extra sauce and she said yeah.
I then said ask the cook and he said there's extra suace and even offered sauce to take, I said no Thank You.
Came home and there was no extra sauce.
This has happened to me over 15 times and nothing has been done.
Thick about that because 15 times my order was wrong and imagine all the others!
I don't expect much, but what do you think needs to happen?

To whom it may concern: To be brief, I will start by saying in 35 years I've never felt the need to complain about any service until now. Little Caesars employee evening staff in Lancaster Ohio, are the most unprofessional, customer neglecting, careless, and overall not qualified to make simple traditional pizzas.
Let alone the 3 hour wait for a couple of old fashioned cheese pizzas. The staff never answers the phone, gets you your order, allows you to cancel your order or get a refund. When and if you do the pizzas look like a 5 year old just tried to accomplish pizza creativity art class. Amazing this location is still in operation, how has nobody stepped in to do the right thing???
That is all, I'd rather starve than to give 2 pennies to this location or allow anyone to be served from there. If at all possible 2 thumbs down and a(-5) star review, just terrible to think multiple times now.
You had 1 job, and you screwed up pizza?? Just close the doors and make the world a better place.

I ordered pizza and came home and I took a bit of my pizza and got half way done and bit into something and I thought at first it was a hard piece of dough but then I took it out of my mouth and it was a finger off one the workers glove so I called the office and the manager Robert is who I spoke to and I told him what had happened and I have pictures and he got quite and said Im trying to figure out how and that he will replace my order and I completely appreciate that but that is very dangerous and very unsanitary so I would appreciate if somebody would call me back or email me back thank u I also have pictures

I placed an order through their mobile app. The four pizzas I received were not cooked fully.
They were doughy. The toppings were haphazardly thrown on the pizza. It was very apparent that the pizzas were hurriedly put together. More than likely because there were only two people working there.
When I went to go pick up order there was 6 to 8 people waiting for their orders. I placed three customer feedbacks through the website with no response to them received. Then I placed feedback on the company's Facebook account and I was told to call them on the customer service phone number.
I did that multiple times over a three day period. I waited on.the phone for almost 45 minutes each time with no one picking up.the phone.

I went to Little Ceasars in Huntsville, Tx on Wednesday 3/20/24. The cashier was a smart mouthed Little girl.
She doesn't listen at all and has a comment for everything. When I ordered my pizza, my wife was standing there. My wife stated that she wanted something prepared fresh and the cashier stated " oh it's being cooked now, but even if it weren't that one ain't that old." My wife was pissed. I ended up sending her home and telling her that I would wait.
Over 30 minutes I sat and waited. Half of my order was put together and left sitting on the counter for over 10 minutes. When I brought this up to the cashier she stated " That's because of your Pizza Puffs. We have to wait on that." She didn't try to correct the issue.
She just kept repeating that it was because they were waiting on my Pizza Puffs. That is poor time management. If part of the order is ready then PUT IT IN A WARMER!!! Don't leave it sitting on a counter.
It isn't that hard.
I will NEVER return as long as that smart mouthed girl works there. I will however reach out to my friends at the local businesses in Huntsville, Tx and let them know to avoid Little Ceasars for their future gatherings.

I went to my local LC location (see above), as the app would NOT allow me to "Create your own Pizza", (tap here), the app continued to say "Oh, No" and it provided a number to call the local establishment, I called twice, no answer. I drove to the location to make my order and I showed the representative the app, and what it was saying.
The rep (Alicia) had a very bad attitude, as she continued to state, I cannot allow you to use the app price, I stated, "This is not correct, as I was allowed to order on two previous occasions when the app was not working, and they allowed me to have the app price of $7.99 per pizza, not at the in-store price of $9.99.I asked to speak to the Manager (Angel) and it again fell upon deaf ears, (as they are extremely young) and felt that it was a game, as they both thought it was very funny, stating if you don't like it you can go to another location, in-fact, I did. I went to the other Perris location (05915) and purchased 2 large pizzas at $7.99 each and I also bought 2 orders of your "Crazy Puffs", and the Representative at that location even gave me $3.14 off of my order as it was "PizzaPi" day. I am dissatisfied with your location 05868 and the attitudes of their staff. If this behavior is allowed to continue, I will not be returning to this location, and I will put a negative review on this location.

Preferred solution: To have the local Representatives re-trained, when it comes to the use of your app, if it is not working correctly, and when shown it is NOT working (say oh, no!) to call the local establishment...they will not honor the app!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I am happy to report that I did finally get a refund.
It took a total of 5 phone calls to them and 3 different departments.
Once I got them to admit that they owed me the refund, I had to wait for another 5 days before I saw the funds in my account. So bottom line was that numerous phone calls and over a month before I was able to get my money back on two different messed up orders in which I never got the food.
The delivery driver said that he couldn't find my address and so he went home. I called the delivery problem number and was told I would receive a full refund that I have never received. Then I had a second order that wasn't right at all. The wrong pizzas, the wrong drinks, and so I drove the food back to the store myself where I was told that they couldn't make the pizzas that I ordered because they didn't have any dough.
so once again I was promised a full refund that I have never received. it is such a shame because I love the pretzel pizza with the cheese sauce so much so that I wont eat anything else and I don't know of another place that makes this type of pizza. If I did, I would never order from them again. They have the worst service of any restaurant that I have EVER encountered in my 55 years on earth.
Trust me that I have had bad service but never to this level. They flat told me at the restaurant that they didn't care what I thought. (This was after I told them that they should have called me and told me that they didn't have the dough for my pizza) Was that too much to ask as a customer?
What's really bad is that you cant even order the pretzel pizza in person with a person, you have to order and pay for it online through the app. the entire system is flawed.
