Very unprofessional

I was not given the information I was asking for by a very ghetto supervisor. The whole staff is very unprofessional. Its away you talk to your customers and I will be taking this to further action legally.

They denied Dineout payment even though they partner on it.

Little pleasures patisserie features on Dineout but on 17th October 2021 when I tried to pay via my Dineout app, they refused and I was unable to get the Dineout privileges. I have raised the issue with the Dineout team but they have not done anything to aid my issue till now.

I want a manager call back!!! I WILL NEVER order from your company again and if I have anything to do with it, not a single soul that I know will! I have never had a restaurant turn their lights off 20 minutes before closing because they did not want to make a pizza! Beyond words!!!

Took my money and now no one will return my phone call

I ordered on the app and went in 10 minutes later than the app said it would be ready by. When I entered the store, there were no orders in the portal and all employees were in the back.

When someone finally came up front, I asked about my order, she informed me it had just been placed in the oven and would take at least another 15 minutes and that they were out of the cheesy jalapeno dip I ordered with it. I asked for my money back and she told me she could tell them not to make it but I had to cancel my order online and request a refund. I called once and never got a call in two days then I called again and was told someone would contact me first thing in the morning. That was 2 days ago and I've still not received a call back or a refund.

The time I ordered from this same store before this terrible experience, they gave me a regular cheese pizza instead of the extra most bestest thin crust pepperoni I actually ordered but they closed by the time I got home and realized the mistake so I didn't pursue it. I'm very pissed off and still want my money back.

The poor management and lack of professionalism from this company is pathetic. I've almost completely decided to not return to any of their stores.

Complain about unprofessional services

They told me the wait was only 5 to 10 minutes then I ended up waiting 30 and then after that they come back and say they dropped my pizza so did I want to wait another 10 to 20 minutes I said no can you give me whatever's next they gave me an extra most bestest but it was a old Pizza really upset about the situation I need either my money back for free pizza something

You want free food, go to a soup kitchen. This is a business not a charity. If you had no issue eating the food you should have no issue paying for it.

Nasty work environment

I have been there a day and from what I've seen is that they don't use hairnets gloves don't wash their hands or anything they don't give you any kind of breaks all in all they are disgusting, and I hate it especially making 8.80 an hour its really not worth it.

Called this location to speak with the manager and phone rang for several minutes. Same result 3 times

We picked up 2 hot and ready pizzas one was cheese. The second piece had hundreds of red pepper flakes hidden under the cheese, clearly as a joke, I took a bite and it almost closed off my throat, very dangerous. Not funny
