Después de 45 minutos afuera, volvi a preguntar por mi orden y dijeron no hay nada para ti, no sabemos qué pasó tienes que esperar otro 10 minutos o que quieres hacer, sólo dijo no es justo que si ordenas por teléfono pasas y pagas te salgan con que después de una hora tendrás tu pizza, se pusieron a platicar entre ellos y después salió con mi pizza toda fría y dijo su orden, así sin más la verdad nadie quiere esto cuando solo quieres disfrutar de algo que compraste es decepcionante

It took way to long and the wings were so little I feel hipped

It took way too long for the order and the pizza was a little bit overdone, and the wings were very small. I feel like it was not worth the money and even after waiting an hour for my order they still charged me for a sauce.

Little Caesars - Complaint on pizza and service
Called and made a complaint last month. They told me I could check on the out come of the complaint after a week. I have called once a week for the last three weeks only to be waiting on hold between 35 to 45 minutes and then hung up on. I have written and asked to have a customer service representative call me, I have received no phone calls. It just seems like little caesars does not care about their customers!!

I found food in my hair and the store is not picking up their phone. I'm on my way back to work from lunch and I can't stop to go back to speak to the person at the store but they won't answer their phone.

User's recommendation: I’d recommend that if you were going to get something from the store check it before you leave because they refuse to answer the phone or that ignore the phone while when you’re trying to get a contact with them usually people do that when they know that they’re giving some type of Secondhand service

Order issues, no resolution

Every time I place a delivery order, there's an issue. This last time I ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas. I got 2 regular crust pizzas. At 7PM on Monday, their customer service number is already closed. They don't want to help anyone. It used to be open past 10 pm. I left a complaint on the website and I've got no response. This is typical, order is either missing something or somehow less than what you order. Then I can't get ahold of anyone.

The person work in the counter that took my order was extremely unfriendly and rude the reception area where you wait for your pizza is filthy. The counters are filthy. What I can see in the kitchen area is filthy and you can see them as their bagging bread theyre just tossing it

I was disappointed

Im a door dasher and I went into your store on State Road 52 in Hudson Florida and asked for the order and the young man at the counter told me it would be 45 minutes because they only had three people on staff! Ive never heard more nonsense in my entire life that its gonna be 45 minutes because they have three people in the store.

They have three people at most of those restaurants and they do it in about 15.

When I heard that I thought to myself, this is a joke and theyre slacking so I canceled the order and I had to Move on. Not fair to me not fair to the customer and not fair to the people that were waiting in the lobby and in the parking lot.

Wage Garnishment Refusal

On July 11, 2023 the office of the attorney general mailed an iwo order to your Dayton, Texas location to have David Richard wages garnished for child support plus arrears. The location is ignoring or refusing to acknowledge it, probably bc its in a tiny town and everybody knows everybody. According to Tex. Law Tex. Const. art. 16 § 28, Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code § 63.004). Employer will be fined for refusal to acknowledge state and federal garnishments and can become responsible for the debt. Thought Id give yall a heads up before the state contacts you.

Ordered online and never got pizza

Then I was on the phone 2 hours and talked to 8 or more different people and still no refund or pizza and this the third time . They just cancel and make you wait two hours to tell you... I'll never every way there or let anyone I know eat there they suck. They don't care how the customer is taken care of.

Is the location I'll show them a receipt I showed them the order number they made me go all the way home to get the other number that y'all gave me about to complain you said they were replace it or when I got there they called the police on me because I wouldn't leave after they wasted an hour my time and I still haven't got my money back or my pizza right this is the worst display a professionalism by ever encountered in my life by eating that Little Caesar for going on 10 years and I'm still looking for a replacement of my two pizzas I am very disappointed and what's going to be done about it that's what I need to know 25th and Garfield

Rude employee mocked me for paying with quarters Kn front of my children and laughed at me and I was humiliated. My order was only $6.49.

I paid with exactly 6 quart dollars in quarters and five dimes totaling to 650 then they laughed at me saying that that was stupid and silly and he guesses he will take the payment because technically it is still money then he from laughing dropped 3 of the quarters out the window and j asked if he wanted me to get that in the drive-through line and he said to me like I dont care about it and laughed at me for paying with the quarters stating that they work for $1 billion company and that its silly that Im paying that way and I said so what if that silly money is all that I have until tomorrow Friday and then they laughed even more more at me and said oh well I mean I guess its still money I instanstly became so embarrassed and humiliated in front of my children. I cannot believe that this happened, I am like really in shock. That was the most disrespectful thing Ive ever encountered in my entire life. When he dropped it outside the window I said, do you want to get that hes like I really dont care doesnt make a difference and the other associate even laughed super loud then while I was asking whats so funny they rudely they shut the window quickly.

This is ridiculous. I cannot believe that was something that I actually just had to go through.

I just got home from the drive-through and I was crying. Im so upset from this.

Next time pay him with cents. (pennies) It is legal according to The Coinage Act of 1965 to do so.

You'll need to get over the foolish employee ; most places are glad to get quarters because that's the first thing they run short on.

The guy was stupid ; too stupid to realize that you did him a favor. Repeat : get over it.
