Called and complained because after trying to find responsible party to get another drink pizza was unfit to eat. Called again because they sent 7.05 refund . my order was 53.97. They said sorry that is what our policy is. They could at least offered another of same , but at no cost.

Little Caesars - Customer service issue
Ordered pizza online using the app and was instructed to pick it up in the lobby. Upon my arrival the door was locked and there were about 15 cars in the drive-through. I called the store and they indicated I would have to get in line and wait. The whole reason I ordered it online was I was in a rush and I had no ability to wait in line so I did not pick up the pizza that was already paid for.

We've ordered from little ceasars once a week for 3 years at the 43rd ave peoria location. We always order a special cheese pizza with No sauce as our youngest is allergic to something in the sauce itself. We ordered tonight order # 797 a cheese pizza no sauce. Got home and it looked like no sauce until our son took a bite and started to *** His throat closed up, had to grab his anaphylactic medication and call Banner Medical. Tried contacting our local location. Phone just rings busy. Tried for almost 40 minutes. Nothing. Tried calling customer service. Nothing they close at 5. So now I'm waiting outside in my car with my son waiting to be checked into banner. $6.00 pizza almost cost me my kid and now. $200 deductible. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER

Tried to call to place a phone in order, for a pizza, I had to listen to your stooped commercial for your on line we deliver message on the phone, try listening to that for 12 minutes

Overcharging

I was charged 3 times and the manager was the one that charged me. She made 30. to put in her pocket.I called the manager and the bank. The bank said she got paid 3 times. The address is 2406e East Shawnee Muskogee Oklahoma 74403. The manager denied it so how do I get my money back?

Disappointed

I came to get a remake of my last order. The pizza was burnt with black and brown spots and not cut all the way either.

The little black boy running the cash register kept pulling out old pizzas like it would make me happy but literally got worse with each one. I had called 15 minutes prior to get two fresh ones made, but I was met with low quality pizza. The boy was rude and kept interrupting me as I was trying to talk. I eventually told him never mind I will call the manager tomorrow, but he snapped off with honey I am the manager.

Honestly if you hire young people to be managers they need to be educated on how to treat a customer. This was at the Mount Holly NC location. I met the new store manager when I had called about my previous order being wrong, and he had offered a free pizza. That's what I went for, and I was going to purchase a second for dinner tonight but ended up going to McDonald's unfortunately.

They are a last resort. I am utterly disappointed with the service I got.

I usually have good things to say and refer people there but after these last 2 times I don't think I'll be coming back. I am usually there multiple times a week but I think I'll look somewhere else.

No hair nets, no gloves. Didn't have masks on not complying to covid. Didn't wash hands. To 45 minutes to receive order. Bread sticks were not seasoned and just thrown into the bag.Pizza was hardly cut.

went in to order the current special, but without one topping. The girl behind the counter told me to keep holding on while she did other things. About 3 other employees were doing nothing. They did not wear masks, did not stand behind plexiglass and let people stand around with no masks. Then the rudest girl proceeded to tell me that they couldn't take a topping off. I begged to differ. Then she was a *** Heard her cussing in the back. She sure as *** does not need to be facing the public. Total incompetent and chaotic. Will never step foot in there again.

The lady that answered the first call for my replacement pizzas I was asked when my order was placed at that time I told her that I would have to check my call log that I would call them right back I called right back, and I was then told that I had to now have a receipt to complete a refund order when asked to speak to a supervisor i could then hear employee #1 hold the phone down and tell employee #2 to pretend to be the manager and talk to me and #2 came on the line and was completely rude and acted like she was going so far out of her way to do something that she does not believe i was told by employee #3 on the 4th of April now i can send a pic of my bank statement to prove that I did in fact purchase my original order and a pic of my call log that will show a time gap after my first phone call and complain where i was told that my name would be written down that my replacement pizzas would be waiting for my future call and when I showed up i was greeted with huge smiles by #1and 2 but only tell they realized that i was that customer but before they knew this i overheard a rude comment about the person that ordered this pizza anyways i really could not believe how rude they were across the board i also remembered while i was talking to the pretending manager i asked to order a dessert and was told that they no longer make or serve any sweets that dessert had been discontinued. Witch i looked online and found out that was bullxxxx. Just wow really disappointed in our home town little ceases.

Went to little ceaser on west 7mile and Huntington in Detroit. There were 10 people there waiting for pizza hot and ready. Some out side in there car.i came in sent everyone was waiting I went to window. Ask for hot ready guy said 25 minutes I said wow.im community advocate and this is not getting what the people want.what about half with cheese stick he said 40 minutes. I asked for manager I said to her I thought if hot and ready not ready there free.she got mad.said where u get that from.i said I'm calling corporate she said corrpporate number fast and left window. Everybody in there was upset.she has bad adittute .need another manager.i will not go there again.

I thought the slogan was hot and ready not. I ordered online ahead of time only to get to the store to be told to wait 10 more minutes. It never fails. Im done with little Caesars. Change slogan to long wait and never ready.

Rude Manager

I spoke with a man named Daniel who claimed to be the Assistant Manager of Little Caesars. I told Daniel that I had an issue with the quality of my food, and Daniel asked if I was sure I had the right location. I assured him I did, and he says that he hadn't heard about my issue before. We further engage in a conversation, in which at one point I asked for the phone number to their Corporate office. Daniel refused. He told me to look it up on my phone. I decided to drive to Little Caesars and was denied the phone number to the Corporate office once again. I recorded this incident on my phone, and I'm hoping the Corporate office takes action. I came to this Little Caesars for years, NEVER AGAIN !

I have been waiting for over an hour I placed my order at 5:55 pm at this time delivery was promised in between 6:29pm and 6:34pm it is now 7:15 and I have yet to receive my pizza when I called they apologized and told me it was because someone else's order got messed up that I even had to wait. Someone apparently came and picked up an order that didn't belong to them. It is now 7:18 and I have finally received my pizza. It's not even room temperature it is cold and now I will have to reheat them which is completely CONTRADICTING to the slogan HOT AND READY ! Due to this extensive wait period in which I could have easily obtained the pizza by other means I would like a refund!

I get over charged Every time I go here

Every time I go I order a hot and ready and crazy bread I was not aware that you get charged for the Crazy bread sauce. I do not get the sauce ever young man who works the drive-through has never told me there was a change and so I get charged for it every time I go, until today. The young lady at the drive-through window told me I get charged for the sauce and I would like this to be resolved. I am a very frequent customer and I would like to continue to be a frequent customer so if you could I would really like me being ripped off to be resolved.
