Very bad customer service

I wanna know y is little Caesars running a business not wearing gloves at all and on there phones and not even ones washed there hands ,then one of them started arguing with me and started getting loud i wanna know wht are yall going to do about his matter ,this pizza place is located in the Houston area on jones rd.but im still gonna try to locate someone else for this matter as well ,because I don't know wht are yall gonna do about it

Horrible service/rude argumentative employees

I ordered my pizza in line. But the FREE2L2 code was not applied to my order when my payment went through. When I ask the cashier if they would honor it. Showing her my receipt I was told that the ad was fake and they do not honor the deals on the littlecaesars.com web site. She said it was fake. Then I tried to explain the issue with the Mgr who ordered me out of the store. I refused to leave as I had paid for my pizza and they refused to give me my order. The cashier kept saying I could not prove I paid for my order even though I had the email showing i did. I told the Mgr I would not leave without either my pizza or a refund. He became agitated making me get further upset. I finally got the refund and left. Be assured I will never order from your company again. I am posting this on social media and advising everyone I know to go to Papa Johns, Pizza Hut or Dominos !

Why would you expect the genuine company to pay for the fact that you got scammed online? It's not the real company's fault that you fell for a scam.

It's absurd to expect a legitimate company to pay for someone else's fraudulent impersonation of them. Most likely, you placed your order through a scammer's clone site of the company's true website. Scammers make clone sites all the time.

You really have to pay attention to the EXACT addresses that you visit online. Scammer clone sites often have only 1 number or 1 letter differing from the genuine website's address.

I went to the little Caesars on capital Boulevard in Raleigh lunchtime ordered a pizza and wings I sit and waited about 20 minutes after 20 minutes I walk to the counter the guy remembers that Im there in tells me they havent made my pizza yet my lunch was gone and I had to leave without my pizza I spoke to the guy behind the register and told him that I would call him at 8 oclock when I got off work so I could come back and pick up my pizza he said sure Im tried to call right now and its been busy for the last hour Im out of $18

every time I go to Little Caesars here on leopard and calallen corpus Christi this Little Caesars is just absolutely horrible disgusting the workers look nasty dirty all the time and they're outrageously rude I personally do not eat there me and my husband but our children love Little Caesars they'd rather have Little Caesars than Papa John's Domino's Pizza hut that is the only reason why we continue to go avoid Little Caesars on leopard and calallen

On 03/29/2020 I had placed a delivery order with Little Caesar's. Soon after, I received a text saying they had cancelled my order. I have tried to reach out to the store and I have tried customer service and have yet to be refunded.

Went there on Friday night I was waiting outside to go in cause they were not following covid guidelines at all cause the place was packed. Once inside I ordered the pizza and they said it would be a 15 min wait. I was standing by the d4ink cooler and could see into the back, I was shocked that no one had gloves on and one of the girls had really really long nàils and she was touching all kinds of things and then using her hands to press the dough down in the pan and using her hands to spread the cheese. I then went and asked for my money back they wanted to know 2hy so I told them and they said that corporate office said they do not have to wear gloves because their oven is 500 degrees and I told the girl that I did not care how hot it was and I told her that the girl with the really longs nàils could be harboring slot of germs under the nails especially when using the bathroom and thàt turned my stomach. She did give me back my money. Will never go there again!follow covid guidelines f

I went to little Caesars in Bartow Florida I ordered 2 breadsticks when I received my order the breadsticks were dry with very little butter I called and talked with the manager I was told I would get a free order of breadsticks I went back there and received my new order of breadsticks the manager was very rude and ask me in a rude way is that ok for u now do u need more butter or anything on them I said no I left and when I got intoo my car I found hair that appeared to be cooked inside the breadsticks I am contacting my local heath department Frist thing Monday morning if you live in the Bartow Florida area do not eat at little caesars there just for warning you

Came in to store 00001-05803 order #33 All staff was not wearing masks correctly or at all. Cooks had masks covering mouth but not nose. Cashiers had masks on but wearing them in their chins not covering face at all. This is not correct with the Covid 19 being at a high in National City. When brought up to staff the response from the cashier was I don't know why they don't wear it. O my cashier wearing was Azella L which still though was funny that no one is with masks. This is actually pretty disgusting and inconsiderate to others during this time.

I placed my order online and was not given option to say i wanted light sauce on a pizza so after placing order i called store on ross ave in dallas Texas to let them know before they make the pizza as soon as the employee answered she placed me on hold i waited 5 minutes hung up and called back again the employee answered again and before she could put me on hold again i interrupted letting her know why i was trying to call before they made pizza and she still put me on hold i waited for 15 min hung up and called again this time the employee answered i told her my situation and she said ok get to store and asked if it was remade because i could till it had to much sauce and she said no that i had to take it because it was already made and that they was supper busy she was literally arguing with so i just asked for my money back
