Manager problems

To sum up my complaint, Missangement of my schedule an not adressing the issue with Ceaser Vison

The issue involves Gieselle my new manager for the most part. Friday, January 3, 2020, Adam asked me to cover his shift 5:30-9:30pm the following day I respond we chat I confirm an okay from Jasmine who I thought was the up an coming manager since Ben my last manager was grooming her to take over his position.

However Giselle is choosen to be the manager. So as far as covering Adams shift I do just that an the fill in manager Pedro asks me to stay until 10pm as long as I clock out before 10:30 because Giselle ordered that according to him. So I do just than an I clock out at 10:05pm an just before we closed shop I check 2 or 3 times to make sure I asked him to check to make sure I clocked out. I even do the same myself which then brings me to the next day I check my text messages an I've got one from my manager Giselle from the day I covered Adams' shift at 10:12pm Hey Brandon did you know you forgot to clock out from work yesterday?

I left her a text an voicemail message after work the next day explaining that I clocked in today so CaesarVision doesn't work an that there a flaw with the system. So next thur. Or Fri. I asked If she received my message an she said yes an that was that.

So Friday, January 10th before I clock out at 7pm Gieselle asked If about more sheet outs in the walk in misheard her because was thinking of crazy bread in the box. So I said no which then in turn right after Co manager Jasmine asked me the exact same question which was weird because coworker Clay questioned these comments as well as I. Jasmine then said that she wanted me to clock out. So sat.

The next day I was suppose to clock out @ 7pm because I printed out my schedule which said 3-7pm Thur an 3-9pm Fri Sat, Sun. 3-7.

My coworkers Juanisha an Vanessa said that in the beginning to middle of the week Gieselle changed my schedule failing to notify me of this. Also Shanaiha my cowerker had similar weird issues happen to her schedule.

Refund not issued to credit card for bad pizza

A little over a month ago we went through the drive through and ordered two pizzas (a plain cheese and a Hawaiian). The Hawaiian is a pizza that is made to order, I was told, but with no one else in the drive through line I pulled around to the window for pickup and there were both pizzas ready to go even before I handed the girl at the window my credit card. In other words, the Hawaiian pizza was not made fresh. As a matter of fact, it was far from fresh. We had hungry guests waiting at our home ready to eat dinner. We ate what was semi-edible and returned the rest of the order. A refund was issued (I was now given a refund receipt). We have yet to see the credit appear on our on-line credit card statement more than a month later. Corporate tells me now that they will get on it, that it must be a glitch in the system. We'll see what happens now.

User's recommendation: Be sure to get a receipt and open the box to check the pizza before driving off. I usually do that, but was in too much of a hurry that time!

Horrible service

I ordered a pizza and it was raw. The crust was still sticky. I called and was told another one would be delivered. I waited over a hour and I called back and they wouldnt answer the phone! I tried calling for 2 hrs and no answer. I think they could see it was me calling. I will never buy anything from you again.

Complaint

I order two pepperoni pizzas with jalapeños well done/ extra crunchy. I receive them all white the breast was literally white raw . I came to exchange from what I order . They told me they couldnt do it . They I just asked for my money back . I always order the same thing and I never have a problem .

I have gone to Little Caesar's Pizza 4 times in the last 10 days and walked out with 1 pepperoni pizza. All 4 times I walked in for cheesy bread sticks and cheese pizza. They never had any and each time I had a 15-minute wait. All they ever had were pepperoni pizza. I am allergic to meat. We gave the pizza to our neighbor.

Little Caesars - Not here
I tell you I love Little Caesars but tonight made me really really mad I came to Columbus we had to drive about 45 minutes to the pizza place well we couldn't find it because the lights weren't on about two hours were wasted and about $15 in gas I think it is a shame the people inside act like it's no big deal that the lights aren't on but if you do not know the area and it's not lit up you do not know that Little Caesars is even here I think you should pay me back for the time wasted my gas and everything else thank you

The employees don’t control the outside lights. Perhaps you should try and scam the property manager instead.

I called because I made a large online order then sent someone unaware of what I had ordered to pick it up (my daughter) when she returned home she only had one pizza and I spent 25 bucks. She said it was all that was in my assigned portal so I sent her back to retrieve the rest of our order. There were people protesting so she was very skiddish since she couldn't get back in the door. I told her to come home which is way across town and then I called to tell them I'd just pick it up the following day. I called the next day and the manager basically questions me like a damn detective. I didnt appreciate her trying to insinuate that I was lying and then had the nerve to tell me what she would be willing to give me. I said NO you are going to give me what I paid for and asked her to look up the receipt number then review the video footage. She kept raising her voice and being rude arguing with me so I asked for corporates number and her name and she tells me she doesn't have to give me her name (a manager) I informed the little *** that I was very familiar with the law and she hung up on me. I will be taking them to small claims court and I want that video footage she swears they have!

Not getting my refunds when being corrected

On July the 22 I went to buy some food and I didn't get what I wanted after I had paid for it. So I went inside and I told them, and they corrected but had to get a refund and was charge more money I agree. The first time was $10.27 and the second time I paid $12.44. The bank show they took out both amounts I didn't get my $10.27 back. Now they are telling me I have to wait ten days to get my money back and I don't recall reading any sign about your policy of how you refund your money to the customer. You dont wait ten days for me to pay you for your food do you. I want my refunds back in my account immediately or I will take legal action

My husband and I went through the drive through. Ordered a classic pepperoni, a classic cheese, a crazy bread, soda combo added on....the cashier said " We ain't got no cheese pull up front." slammed the window. We waited and paid. Went to tell her the 2 liter we wanted. And slammed she slammed the window. we ran next store to pick up something at the grocery store. I called and spoke to a young lady letting her know we would be right back and we wanted a 2 liter Pepsi please. Also informed her of how rude the cashier Shawnaysia H. was. and was hung up on. We went in to pick up our order. One lady told the cashier Shawunysia that we are the ones that called. And she said " I don't give a *** Then all the teenagers in the store working proceeded to laugh. When we got home noticed that the Mariana sauce was and inch from the bottom and the cheese pizza was burnt. We order pizza at least once a week for family movie/game night. we have never had such rude horrible service!

Even if we order a 5$ pizza they never have them ready...they tell me they can do it but it would take 20 min to get it to me.

At friends shop they got a cpl of hot and ready pepperoni pizzas. I ate one slice, and had to go home. When I got home I was allready feeling queasy. Went to the bathroom and before I could close the door, I passed out and hit the tub,breaking two ribs and puncturing my lung. At Hospital I had projectile vomiting While dealing with busted ribs and lung. EXCRUCIATING! Later in hospital,i learned everyone that ate pizza got sick. Complained to store, and was told unless at least ten people got sick it's no big deal,and How did we know it was their pizza that made us sick. Complained online to Corporate an have had ZERO responce.!
