Don't order here

The people who are in charge have poor attitudes and don't know anything about the services. I attempted to order online yesterday and kept receiving an error and provided the phone number to call the store and order. The store did not answer. I let the phone ring until it disconnected me. Did this 3 times. This convenie t app isnt convenient if it doesn't work properly. Yhen the store associates are clueless. Today i finally was able to order from the app. When i went to pick up my order i asked who do i contact if the app isn't working and the store doesn't answer? She started making excuses about it being busy and so.something about postmates. That doesn't concern me...I'm a customer too. Then she finally says she doesn't know who to contact about the app. You will lose much more business this way. I'm not spending any more money here. This isn't the first location with horrible service.

30$ for a Stromboli!!! Like that’s just crazy. Asked for delivery the total was 30$ dollar and that’s all I ordered stuff is just nuts these days call and can’t even talk to someone In the store. I don’t know what happen to this company but they won’t last long like this......sad day for Americans

Little Caesars - Unprofessional
My mom purchased 2 pepperoni pizzas and wasn’t given the incorrect change back. She handed the cashier $50.00 and he only retuned $28.23 rather than $38.23. We called back as we were heading back there and on the 3rd ring they finally answered @10:08pm and the gentleman was trying to tell me I should come back in the morning but their was a extremely loud female yelling in the background stating he should hang up the phone because their closed. I am already past upset for the inconvenience and having to make a third trip there for my missing ten dollars but I seriously feel that “young lady” needs front row seat of customer service training at least once a week for a whole month.

Store 5402 broadway #102 pearland tx. 4th visit with no pizza available for 15-20 minutes. Some visits im in line 10min before im turned away other times noone there. The television commercial says hot and ready maybe the managment of this location should be looked at. Several of my neibors have had the same type of experiance. Not a good way to run a buisness.

Customer complaint/ awful experience

Marsha at the Little Caesars was very rude. I understand they are short of staff, no products available etc. She gave no explanation of why they wouldn't serve my son one pizza. Several customers came in after him and they were served?...I went in and asked her she still has e no explanation?

Complaint.

I went to order 3 hot-and-ready pizzas. Thinking I could swing by and pick them up. But, I had to wait 10 minutes to place my order to then be told it would be 8 minutes. 20 minutes after that, my wife called me to tell me how hungry she and the kids were. The pizzas didn't look like they were near ready, so I left.

Went to the location in Gallatin Tennessee and did not pre-order was just going to pick up a pizza or some breadsticks while I was there a manager that I've never seen before was very angry and really treating his employees verbally bad as well as started throwing all the things that if people didn't answer their name when they were called on the floor frantically and being very angry customers were walking out I waited in line long enough to ask if they had anything ready I could purchase and she said no therefore I walked out along with three other people because of the disrespect of this manager in this building I have shopped here and bought there for several years now and that was the worst experience and in most embarrassing for other people and the poor employees of that location and they always have performed very well and this man was just rude and ugly and I chose to not buy anything because of him

I ordered a pizza online and i guess according to your employee and your customer service agent i didnt pay close enough to your tv ad stating i needed a promo code for the free crazy bread. When i asked about the free crazy bread for ordering online I was told I needed a promo code, when I asked where i would get the code because it wasnt on the app he looked confused, than i saw the flyer on the counter. I than asked to speak with the manager and he said he was the manager. So i asked for the corporate number, and he had to ask another employee who said to call the number on the side of the box. I had it by this time and asked for a refund. No questions asked, nothing said or done to save the sale, just gave me the refund. When i got to my car i called customer service and basically was told the same thing about having to add the promo code but at least was told all the places to find the code which seems like every where except the one place its needed, the app, when you order the pizza.

This is the 3rd time that I went to the little chasers in south Weber and the lady in the drive through was very rude. She asked for my money, gave me my pizza and put the card on top of the box, card almost fell on the ground, and then shut the window. She did not say hi or by. Very very rude.

Went to the little ceasars pizza on greenbay road in Waukegan IL. and the door is not open only drive thru, if the place is open why isn't the door open for business, that is not great hospitality there.
