Little Caesars - Bad pizza and bad service when I returned
I purchased a pizza literally around 6:40 pm today 6/1/2019. I live across the street in an apartment complex when I got home I tried taking a bite of the pizza and it was over cooked and dried out.
I went back to return pizza and the lady who I purchased it from acted like she didnโt sell it to me. Would not refund nor replace the pizza. They had no manager on duty and she acted like she called the manager on her cell but yet Iโm not sure. She told me I needed to leave the store cause she wasnโt replacing the pizza.
I know for a fact the security camera at the front door saw me when i Came in the first time and the security camera can verify that it was me when I returned the pizza. The girl had the worst customer services skills and told me in front of other customers that she would have me escorted by the police out of the store. Again the security footage will show that I was not out of order and I was polite. I need someone to call me about this issue ASAP!
Her name was Ocillia and her manager who was not there she said her name was Jackie. The store location is:
