Little Caesars - Burnt Pizza; Horrible customer service
I picked up a extramost..pizza I did not expect fresh and hot luke warm would have been acceptable. I have lowered my expectations on food that is advertised as "hot and ready".
I opened the box to a dry burnt pizza. I was willing to accept that I was a dummy for thinking I would get a fresh pizza without ordering and waiting for a fresh one. I said no I will not accept this I called brought it back and the fireworks began. The manager Dneshe S.
flips the pizza over yelling this ain't burnt you dun ate half the pizza then turns to the customers in the lobby do this look burnt to yall tell the truth. I am like clearly the pepperonis are burnt. She calls the big boss who tells her don't give her no money back. I am asking for a corporate number one cashier is laughing at me then the manager is screaming you can call corporate this is a franchise it ain't got nothing to do with corporate??
seriously. OK give me my receipt and I will contact corporate who has nothing to do with your store. Thank you ma'am.
This took place on November 6, 2018 at, seven pm. I called the corporate offices and I am waiting for the owner of the franchise to reach out to me.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
