Placed my order on line, was charged double. Was immediately contacted by store, told within 24 hours money would be returned in my account.

Gave a good review, believing them. Called back after 24 hours, was pushed to call the next day, do so and told within 7 businesses days. They voided the transaction, but the money isn't in my account. My husband was in an accident, broke his neck, i lost my job because i have to take care of him, every penny is accounted for.

That $34 and some change order thst was doubled on my card has taken tonights dinner off my table. I was offered a pizza, a $5.00 pizza will not feed my family of 7 and i live 23 miles one way away from there, it'll cost more in gas.. I'm quite upset that I was lied to and my family goes hungry because of a computer glitch.

Great customer service Chaska, Little Ceasars! No consideration of the damage this does to my family and I....
