Called ahead to setup my order for pizza and 2 orders of Italian cheese bread.The rep told me it would be 10 minutes.

I arrived with my family 25 minutes later due to driving and traffic andthe food was not even made yet. My family and I had to sit in the parking lot (sleeping child in car) for an additional 15 of our arrival before the food was even made. Why tell a customer 10 minutes if you know you're busy and will take longer than normal? Let the customer know.

And all the rep could tell me when I walked in after my girl walks in was we are busier than normal and we'll get your order out to you shortly.

That is poor customer service.I will never go to that location again and it's inconvenient because it's down the street from my house and next to my phone provider.
