As I was checking my order when I realized one of the pizzas was prepared incorrectly. I explained this to the young lady in the picture and she said she would be right back.

I then turned to the couple siting behind me in regular conversation as we were before I walked up to the counter. The manager then came out and said "Sir, I cannot serve you at this establishment". Confused I asked "Why not, I don't understand". He then went on to say that I had said a derogatory remark.

I then asked what it was that I said. He said that she said that I called her a "stupid *** I (very embarrassed as everyone in the lobby herd this) explained that there is no way I said that. I told him that is not how you treat people and I would never disrespect her in that way. He said that he would stand by his employee.

I then asked the people in the area "Did any one hear me say that?", as they were all within a close proximity to me. Everyone agreed except you staff, that it was very unlikely for me to have said what I was accused of. I then asked for corporate's phone number with both of their names and to write down what she thought I said. He the brought me the phone number without any other info.

I asked again. He then brought me the phone number without any info. I told him I still need the names and what she thought I had said. He then brought me what she thought I had said without any names.

I told him I wanted both of their names and he said it was against policy, so quickly took as photo of them. They took my money with a 5-7 day waiting period for a refund. I said fine just give me the pizzas that were paid for to solve this embarrassing situation. Just like their names I couldn't even get a receipt for a credit.

I this situation a part of your policies. Then your team needs a lot more training as working with the public, my company prides itself on how we treat people the way they deserve.

For her to make up such an accusation just because she made a wrong pizza is absurd. I would have patiently waited for the correct pizza to be made.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
