I find this commercial offensive, degrading to Fathers, and uncomfortable to watch. There is no worthy purpose in airing this commercial: to see a child demean his father in ripping off the #1 sign off his father's hat, is so uncomfortable. It does NOT make me laugh....

Service

Order was supposed to be ready at 6:20. Was not given to me till 6:55. I had to ask numerous times. The two young behind the counter were cursing and very disrespectful to customers. The young men working behind the counter and making the food should have their pants pulled up so customers cant not see their underwear. Asked to speak with the manager. She finally came out. I asked for the district mangers number. She refused to give it to me. This was absolutely the worst service I ever had.

A formal complaint,

if your store is only going to provide customers with "hot and ready",pepperoni pizzas,you should take every other type of pizza off the menu.Because at 8:30 p.m on east william st ,in carson city, NV, LC employees refused to make any deep deep dish,cheese,or hawaiian pizza for us.

Complaint

I bought 3 pizzas two days ago, called customer service, they couldn't have care less. They said the store would get hold of me NOTHING from them. I'm requesting a full refund for the 3 pizzas I bought, they were terrible, like they must have been made and sitting there for hours, they weren't even hot NOPE

Complaint about manager & employees

First off cashier was on the phone personal call laughing and joking no greedy no smile no nothing then I had to repeat my order three times because she couldn't hear me then she's walking around with the headphones in but with the phone in her hand grabbing the food now Common Sense everybody knows that everybody takes their phone into the restroom ain't nobody want no boo boo Pizza teacher employees to stay off the phone and to keep their hands clean and off of certain items while touching food

Wrong order, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I ordered a pizza online and my order was completely wrong, I tried to call the store to have my order replaced the phone was apparently off the hook. The manager was rude when I did reach her on the phone. This location is 6322 Oakland Road- Indianapolis IN. 46236 Manager: Vancessa Asst manager: Keyundre

Cause they seen my at drive thru window. Just left me sitting until my 15 minute break was over. They walked by me 3 times. I ordered pepperoni bread and I gave them 30 minutes before I went iver.

Went on line ordered one pepperoni bread and whated 30 minutes before went over. They left me hanging at window for my 15 minute break. I told the I only have 15 minutes, just walked by me 3 times just look at me. So slow even when you order it. Every time I order same way, whether you go in or thru drive thru. I not going to order from them anymore just tired of the hassle they make it... I work across the street from them.speexsex

I want to talk to a live person

Went to Little Caesars, ordered 2 pizzas and new brownies. The cashier gave me frozen brownies. The cashier stated she didn't know how they should be cooked. The cashier and I looked over the box to see directions. None found. Contacted customer service on the way driving home. Stayed on hold for 28 minutes before a representative answered the phone. Representative stated brownies are to be thawed. Bad service all around. No one contacted to apologize or anything. No going back

BTW, apologies for nonsense like someone being too stupid to make a tray of sup par brownies are a thing of the past. They can always replace you..

I ordered online not normal or in fine print does it say you have to order through door dash of what have you to get delivery options . It says PICK UP OR DELIEVERY. So as I complete checkout it says where to pick it up . But I had delivery? So I at that time called...

Terrible customer service

On 9/9/21 about 8:35 PM we where standing in line to place our order the cashier kept apologizing because she had to wait on the manager to come do her finger print which took her about ten minutes she didn't apologize for the wait and the clothes they wear is nasty for this to be a franchise ya'll need to do better...this was at the statesboro ga. ....the manager name is marina

Lack of customer service

My pizza never arrived????? I payed for it, but NO Pizza. You charged my credit card $25 Yet no food. I called and was on hold 38 minutes and no would pick up. Great job lil ceasars. NOT.. Placed order, took my money. Texted me when it was ready. Went to pickup. Closed. Lights on. Not answering phone. Vallejo ca. I have never seen such unprofessional business practice before. Stay away from. This location. It's ran by idiots! Perhaps doing a IQ test prior to hiring????
