Hello, i really try to understand that everyone is short staff, but i visit the Little Caesars around the corner from my house often, and theres normally a wait. But on May 11, 24 i pulled up at 7, by the time in pulled up at 7:45, got my receipt @ 7:50. Get home (2 minutes drive) my pizza is COLD, IT DOESN'T HAVE ANY HEAT TO IT. WOW. $7., Cold pizza store # 03795-0****. That was wrong, i don't care if i only paid $7. I still paid for a hot pizza. Normally i get 3 pizzas and 2 wings, glad i didnt this time.

Preferred solution: Management train employees of correct temperature. Who is Safe Serv at this location? I'm there a lot, food may not be hot as you like BUT NOT COLD.

The Little Caerars on 3001 Bonita Rd SUITE 500, Chula Vista, CA 91910 never gets the pizza right that I paid for.

I bought a Deep Dish peperoni, bacon and extra sauce. They either forget the extra sauce and I go home or they remake the pizza.

Today I said multiple times dont forget the sauce. I have drove back to get my pizza remade.

I asked the lady that took my money is there extra sauce and she said yeah.

I then said ask the cook and he said there's extra suace and even offered sauce to take, I said no Thank You.

Came home and there was no extra sauce.

This has happened to me over 15 times and nothing has been done.

Thick about that because 15 times my order was wrong and imagine all the others!

I don't expect much, but what do you think needs to happen?

Went to order pizza for my kids. The lady was sticking her hand in the cheese. I asked them do they wash their hands she said they washed their hands before they touched the food. She went into the cheese, picked the cheese, then picked up another item. thats very unsanitary. I asked why they dont. They wear gloves, they say because they Wash their hands I think everything is unsanitary about this place, and I would never try it again

I ordered 4 pizza pizza had weird taste kids got sick poor customer service pizza had no pizza sauce and wasn't cooked correctly had weird smell turned it back to plaza blvd national city no mangers or supervisor they kept my pizza with no refund.

To whom it may concern: To be brief, I will start by saying in 35 years I've never felt the need to complain about any service until now. Little Caesars employee evening staff in Lancaster Ohio, are the most unprofessional, customer neglecting, careless, and overall not qualified to make simple traditional pizzas.

Let alone the 3 hour wait for a couple of old fashioned cheese pizzas. The staff never answers the phone, gets you your order, allows you to cancel your order or get a refund. When and if you do the pizzas look like a 5 year old just tried to accomplish pizza creativity art class. Amazing this location is still in operation, how has nobody stepped in to do the right thing???

That is all, I'd rather starve than to give 2 pennies to this location or allow anyone to be served from there. If at all possible 2 thumbs down and a(-5) star review, just terrible to think multiple times now.

You had 1 job, and you screwed up pizza?? Just close the doors and make the world a better place.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Manager from location offered to personally remake order for free along with apologing for the problem she said that she was unaware of the problem until her Manager called her about it.

I placed an order through their mobile app. The four pizzas I received were not cooked fully.

They were doughy. The toppings were haphazardly thrown on the pizza. It was very apparent that the pizzas were hurriedly put together. More than likely because there were only two people working there.

When I went to go pick up order there was 6 to 8 people waiting for their orders. I placed three customer feedbacks through the website with no response to them received. Then I placed feedback on the company's Facebook account and I was told to call them on the customer service phone number.

I did that multiple times over a three day period. I waited on.the phone for almost 45 minutes each time with no one picking up.the phone.

I ordered pizza and came home and I took a bit of my pizza and got half way done and bit into something and I thought at first it was a hard piece of dough but then I took it out of my mouth and it was a finger off one the workers glove so I called the office and the manager Robert is who I spoke to and I told him what had happened and I have pictures and he got quite and said Im trying to figure out how and that he will replace my order and I completely appreciate that but that is very dangerous and very unsanitary so I would appreciate if somebody would call me back or email me back thank u I also have pictures

Order 014: It's unbelievable how absolutely BAD customer service has become these days. I ordered some pizza from the local Little Caesar's yesterday.

I ordered early and set the pick up time at 4 PM. We went to the place and I walked in at 3:58 PM. No pizza, and no indication on the "portal" that it was coming. So I asked one of the employees behind the counter if my pizza was ready.

She mumbled something and went to the back where they box the pizza. I could see her pack pizzas, and they looked like what I had ordered. After a couple of minutes one of the guys whose only job appeared to be cutting the pizzas carried the boxed pizzas to the "portal" that turned out to be broken No one said a word to me. A few minutes later a few more items were put in the portal.

There was a guy sitting behind me waiting. After several minutes that guy went to the counter to ask about his pizza. Turned out his stuff was in the portal, and no one said a word to him. When he asked he got his order and left.

By that time I'd been waiting right in front of the counter for over 10 minutes.

I asked the same employee I'd asked earlier about my order if it was ready yet. As I suspected my pizza was in the portal and had been there for several minutes. So I finally got my pizza after being ignored and waiting several minutes for an order that was ready. The employee never said a word to me the whole time and I stood there wasting my time for no reason other than the incredible stupidity and hostility of the employees in that place.

What kills me is there were at least 8 people behind the counter in that place, plus one older guy who appeared to be messing with the safe or something behind the counter,

And finally I found I had an email received at 4:08 PM yesterday saying my order was ready but it wouldn't be in the portal. It said to "ask" for my order at the counter. Duh!

Apparently that portal device was broken, another sign of neglect and poor service. I can guarantee I'll never go to that place again

I put an order in for pickup at the Bolingbrook location, 293 S. Bolingbrook Dr. The girl at the register was clearly sick, no mask, no gloves. And everyone behind the counter had a major attitude problem. They refused to refund my money. I was disgusted with their behavior and will not be returning to this location. I tried to call customer service to request a refund but unfortunately they were closed. We were forced to waste our money and throw away what was paid for. I hope someone steps in and gets that team together.

All around BAD experience

I went to Little Ceasars in Huntsville, Tx on Wednesday 3/20/24. The cashier was a smart mouthed Little girl.

She doesn't listen at all and has a comment for everything. When I ordered my pizza, my wife was standing there. My wife stated that she wanted something prepared fresh and the cashier stated " oh it's being cooked now, but even if it weren't that one ain't that old." My wife was pissed. I ended up sending her home and telling her that I would wait.

Over 30 minutes I sat and waited. Half of my order was put together and left sitting on the counter for over 10 minutes. When I brought this up to the cashier she stated " That's because of your Pizza Puffs. We have to wait on that." She didn't try to correct the issue.

She just kept repeating that it was because they were waiting on my Pizza Puffs. That is poor time management. If part of the order is ready then PUT IT IN A WARMER!!! Don't leave it sitting on a counter.

It isn't that hard.

I will NEVER return as long as that smart mouthed girl works there. I will however reach out to my friends at the local businesses in Huntsville, Tx and let them know to avoid Little Ceasars for their future gatherings.

Terrible Customer Service

I went to my local LC location (see above), as the app would NOT allow me to "Create your own Pizza", (tap here), the app continued to say "Oh, No" and it provided a number to call the local establishment, I called twice, no answer. I drove to the location to make my order and I showed the representative the app, and what it was saying.

The rep (Alicia) had a very bad attitude, as she continued to state, I cannot allow you to use the app price, I stated, "This is not correct, as I was allowed to order on two previous occasions when the app was not working, and they allowed me to have the app price of $7.99 per pizza, not at the in-store price of $9.99.I asked to speak to the Manager (Angel) and it again fell upon deaf ears, (as they are extremely young) and felt that it was a game, as they both thought it was very funny, stating if you don't like it you can go to another location, in-fact, I did. I went to the other Perris location (05915) and purchased 2 large pizzas at $7.99 each and I also bought 2 orders of your "Crazy Puffs", and the Representative at that location even gave me $3.14 off of my order as it was "PizzaPi" day. I am dissatisfied with your location 05868 and the attitudes of their staff. If this behavior is allowed to continue, I will not be returning to this location, and I will put a negative review on this location.

I ordered pizza online to be picked up at 3:30. Pisgah Church Rd Greensboro NC. When I arrived there were 2 cars in front of me in drive thru. No one had come to the window to help. I parked and went in. Door was unlocked but no one was in sight. I said hello several times before leaving. Nothing! The last time I tried to get pizza from this store, the employees were walking out! I paid online. Im requesting a refund. I received an email at 3:54 saying my pizza was ready?? I had a meeting at my home and I dont live in town! Im a foster mom who really needed the pizza for our supper!
