If it was possible to give them no stars I would trust and believe because me and my two young children had to sit and wait for a pizza for over 30 minutes and I had to go inside with them and pick up our pizza and breadsticks and the employee up front was extremely rude and I asked for her to get her manager so I could have a corporate number to call and talk to somebody about our experience this evening and she couldn't even do that she just left me standing at the counter with my kids and I've told her it was fine that I looked it up on Google and that I would call and get it figured out. No we have to drive home with cold food and I have to put it in my oven and heat it up and I have to be at work at 9:00 in the morning and my kids have to be in bed early if not they don't have a good day at daycare so thank you for turning this quick dinner trip into an all evening long event!!! The WORST experience!!!

I went to the ****** in *** on 6/2/26 at 8pm. The Pizza was terrible.

The cardboard box probably tasted better. The Pizza was old, dry, cold tasted terrible. The pepperoni was burnt and not enough sauce, cheese and pepperoni to cover the pizza. The crust was paper thin.

It tasted old and awful. I tried calling to complain but the message you get is a error and it will hang up. The next day June 3, 2026, I went back around 8pm to complain and talk to a manager and there was 2 girls working there one in front and one in back. She said her name was *** but that probably was a lie like everything else she told me.

She said that store doesn't have a manager then she gives me a fake number to call and that was disconnected. Then she kept going back and forth to the back and her and the other employee was laughing loudly and enjoyed taunting me and laughing at my experience. They actually thought it was funny and took it as a laughable moment. Everything in there is bad if you read reviews they should SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN.

It terrible. Also the wings was old and burnt.

I threw everything away. Took one bite and had to throw everything away.

Whent to get a izza from you at the *** area it was cold and they refuse to work with me in the store no refund issue because of the store called the police department and haveing removed from the property what is Little Caesars corporation going to do about this I'm a customer my order wasn't correct it was cold and no refund and your store management wants to call the police that movie about my pizza I don't know about that something's really wrong here

I grew up with Little Caesars. I love them.

But my one local store located at 3973 Nolensville Rd in Nashville has pushed me too far.This store is the WORST store in Nashville. Whether Im ordering directly from the store, in person, online or through DoorDash, they NEVER get your order right. Today they have the unfortunate luck that I dont happen to have anything to do right now and Im not in the middle of work so I have time to leave some review reviews. I had company show up unexpectedly and didnt have time to cook.
The first time I ordered I asked for TWO deep dish, pepperoni pizzas.

I received ONE Slices and sticks pizza which is half pepperoni pizza, and half breadsticks.
So I re-ordered and I actually called the store to make sure I would get two pepperoni deep dish pizza. The guy on the other line, who said he was the manager, said he would take care of it.. TWO PEPPERONI DEEP DISH pizzas but I received once again ONE SINGLE PIZZA THAT WAS ONCE AGAIN, HALF PEPPERONI PIZZA, HALF CRAZY BREAD. Even though on the receipt on the front of the box, it said two items pepperoni deep dish, pizzas.

Ill never order from or eat here again. Something needs to be done at the store fire everyone and start over Im over it.

Hi again. I already left a comment, but here's the overview I found online for the Antioch Little Caesars, located at 5305 Mt.

I'm just curious—does your local Little Caesars have a more deluxe menu than others? That is, do they typically carry a wide selection of food (other than pizza)?

I ask because my local Little Caesars (Van Nuys, Calif) has pretty much two items: medium pepperoni pizza or medium cheese pizza. I guess they have a few 2L sodas in the self-service fridge (all Pepsi products, no Coke). They offer "Cheesy Bread" or similar, and I suppose you could ask for extra cheese or "deep dish," but that's it! If your local LC can't get the orders right when they carry so few options, that's hilarious!

I noticed your review because I have similar complaints about my local Domino's Pizza. And Domino's forces you to order only from one of their franchises (even though there are literally FOUR Domino's within 1/2 mile) ha. And the Domino's at Valley Village, Calif, is just the worst! I don't know if this is a known fact, or not...but 85 - 90% of Little Caesars are independently owned and operated franchises (meaning, they have to use the same recognized signage, prices, decor, uniforms but they can get away with a lot more than a corporately-owned Little Caesars).

Same with Domino's, El Pollo Loco, UPS Stores, Quizno's, Subway, McDonald's, Denny's, Papa John's, Taco Bell, Dunkin' Donuts, Applebee's, Panera, 7-11, Ace Hardware, etc. etc.

I want a representative to contact me immediately! I just bit into my pizza and a long white hard thing was hanging out of my slice!

Not only did it completely ruin my lunch but now I have it and the pizza slice saved in a Ziploc bag. My number is 980-393-****. This is disgusting and I work in a high volume restaurant! If this was done on purpose I swear to God!

I'm so mad. How can an employee who builds the pizza from scratch not see this!!!

Do Not Buy from ***. There is a company wide disregard for Customer Service.

No use trying to resolve anything with them.

Just delete them as a place to buy Pizza or anything else. Do Not Buy from them.

Went to [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] Pizza located at [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA]. Ordered two (2) Puffs specials for $4.99 each which included a drink.

When we got home there were no drinks. Called the store and spoke to the Assistant Manager (I believe that is what she said). She sounded like a young, black female with a sharp tongue. When asked, I said i dealt with a pretty, Spanish girl with a baseball cap and some one line tattoos of different colors.

Not hard to find. She came back and told me that I was probably there yesterday because there is no Spanish girl working today. Told her maybe she just looked Spanish to please find out. She hung up on me.

This is what really bothered me. I called again and asked her if she hung up on me and she said YES and hung up again.

This person does not deserve to be working with the public. At ALL!!!

“When we got home there were no drinks”. What sort of packaging/bag were you given that you thought drinks were there?

And anyone transporting drinks from a fast food place finds a secure spot for them in their car. They don’t just haphazardly toss a bag around.

I had gotten a pizza from this establishment, and it was horrible. I called to complain, only to have the person say that the manager was going to call me, and they haven't reached me as of yet.

That is nothing but a cover story.

They are trash; the customer service is trash. I just wanted to get another pizza.

I ordered pizza through online portal..received pizza and in a hurry, so not look at it and kept going. When I arrived home and settled, I noticed the banana peppers that were clearly on the order was not on the pizza which for me is a big deal!

I called customer service and they forward me to the store to discuss. Young lady that answered the phone was not customer friendly and seems to be unbothered about the issue but she did speak with someone in the background and they suggested I come back to the store to get the peppers that was left off the baked pizza! I explained to them that I had made it home and was not about to come all the way out of my way to get some banana peppers in a cup when the purpose of me ordering ghen was to be baes in with the other topping and not to just sit on top of the pizza or eat separate form the pizza! I asked could they refund me for the extra and she said no.

This is the second time since it has been open that I had an issue and I have only been to that same store twice since it opened! I more than likely will not go back to that store!

It hasn’t been there that long and frankly I don’t see themStayin around too long! But them again it may survive due to the fact that the area is not suitable for growth and not a whole lot other fast foods in the area !

Lousy pizza

Hello. I did not like my pizza at all. It was cardboardy, completely flat, tasteless, one of the worst pizzas I ever had. I wish to request a full refund.

Never Hot & Ready

Please take down the Hot & Ready sign. Went in at 9pm on Saturday, and its an hour wait for a pizza.

Have placed online orders before only to show up and be told there are 15-30 orders ahead of mine. Avoid the [PERSON_NAME] [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] at all costs.

I got 2 2 liters of soda that tasted awful I was supposed to got 2 orders of bread sticks and 2 pepperoni pizzas they was cold and awful that soda I never tasted anything like it was gross so my food was awful
