Ignoring customers and refusing to take orders
Went to little Caesars in flowood, MS 3104 u.s. hwy 49.
and they are ignoring customers in both the drive thru and inside the building. Honked horn several times and no response, called store 4 times and only gives busy signal, went inside and starting calling for cashier who isn't at their post and was ignored.
Other people waiting inside told me they hear manager tell staff "don't you date take any more orders". You have just lost several customers today due to poor management, poor planning of staff, and terrible customer service

I work for Grubhub on the weekends for extra money and frequently pick up items at store 9511. Usually when I pick up an order, someone in the back will yell they will be up in a minute.
On October 12, 2024, around 5:00 pm, I arrived at this location to pick up an order, just like I had done around 11:30 am that morning. In the morning, a young lady said she would be right up and came up to the front within a few minutes and gave me my order.
Upon arriving at 5:00 pm, the warming oven has orders in it but no names on the screen. I stood there in full view of six employees, one being the manager, who saw me waiting for 10-15 minutes for an order. Every one of them looked directly at me, said nothing to me, and continued working and talking.
A customer came in and waited five minutes and left. Another customer came in waited a few minutes, tried his code several times, then finally walked into the back and yelled at the employees that his code is not working, and someone needs to come up to the front and help him.
Immediately they started yelling at the customer to get out and that he is not allowed to come to the back. The manager walked him back up to the front yelling at him and I told the manager that they need to have someone at the front counter to help the customers as this is not acceptable customer service. I told him I have been waiting over 10 minutes, you saw me and so did all the other employees and yet all of you just kept working and talking.
You know I was here for an order and ignored me and now you are helping a customer that had to come into the back of the store and yell at you to get help first?
He proceeded to tell me that if I have that kind of attitude then I can just leave the store, and he will cancel the order. He did not even know what order I was picking up. This is unacceptable as a manager and I am intending to either get this store shut down or his employment terminated because it is apparent that these employees do not care about customers or making money for Little Caesars, only about getting a paycheck. This falls on the manager due to his neglect of customers and the fact that he allows employees to act in the same manner as he does toward customers.
I could potentially post this on social media for everyone to see his actions.
The manager asked me if the order was in the warmer, however, I told him the warmer has orders in it, but no names on the screen, so how am I supposed to know if the order is ready or not? He proceeded to tell me that it meant that the order was not ready and asked if I worked for DoorDash or UberEats, I told him I was there to pick up for a customer and he stated that with that kind of attitude, you can leave the store, and I will cancel the order. I asked him if he wanted me to leave and he said get out. I contacted Grubhub support and requested this store be blacklisted and filed a complaint against the manager as well as contacted the customer and told her what happened.
Any manager would have apologized to the customers for not having anyone help them instead of yelling at the customers in front of the employees and five other customers.
I want a reply from Corporate that he has been terminated or I will broadcast all over social media about this location and promote a boycott of Little Caesars Pizza and the awful customer service provided to customers. I am a finance manager, and I never treat my customers in this manner. I don't ignore them, and I don't yell at them either.
The location of this store is 2050 S Beavercreek Rd SUITE 103, Oregon City, OR 97045, and this store is hidden behind other businesses.Due to the management and employees, this store needs to be shut down for good. There is no excuse for this kind of behavior from store employees or the manager running the store.
If I do not get a response with a remedy to this situation, I will post all of this on social media as I was asked to notify you by the customer who did not get her pizza order due to the behavior of this manager and his cancelling her paid order.
I strongly feel that she should be compensated for not receiving the order since she had nothing to do with what happened and it was not the fault of any customers, but the sole responsibility of the manager for not having customer service skills and yelling at customers. I did notice that they finally helped the customer that walked into the back and yelled at them, however, they did not help me and told me to get out for complaining that they were at fault for not helping customers and ignoring customers.
I had to notify the customer what happened at this location and tell the customer that the manager threw me out of the store and said he was cancelling the customers order. She did nothing wrong and neither did I, the manager and his employees ignored the customers. This is not good customer service, and no customer should have to yell at employees to get them out of hiding in the back of the store, nor should the manager or employees have the right to come up and start yelling and threatening at customers who have been waiting too long for assistance.
I requested the name of the manager but was not given his name.
He is a big man like someone who might eat a lot of burgers all his life, with a bald spot on the top of his head. I am giving you five days to respond before I start posting all my comments on social media platforms. The employee that was yelling at the other customer that walked into the back was one of two boys with curly dark brown or black hair.
All restaurants should always have someone at the front helping customers as soon as they hear the door chime. I would rather have someone help me and tell me that the order is still being prepared than for someone to yell at me and tell me to leave because I asked for help.

I've been waiting for my refund for over 30 days. Every time I call customer service, they give me the runaround, saying it's been escalated and someone is going to get in contact with me.
So, since it's been over 30 days, I'm going to call the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs, because you're not going to keep my money.
That's what you all want people to do - forget about it. But I'm not.

The manager had me paint the bathroom. Door did not pay me.
I was not subcontracted, the bathroom was covered in urine, I cleaned it up as well. I cleaned up the floor the toilets the walls I was never compensated for any of it.
I've never worked for little caesars, and I never will. This is rude and disgusting, and I expect to be compensated for it.

Then, when I tried to call back, nobody answered the phone all night, so I don't know what to do now. I'm kind of sad because I like going there, but this has deterred me from probably ever going back.
They must have taken on a new crew. Customer service sucks and now, so does the pizza, and no one's around to talk to.

I placed an order online & used the "used my location" to find the closed store near me. However, it selected a store about 15 minutes from my home.
I placed my order not realizing what store I was placing my order at. when I got to the store 4 to 5 minutes from my home & went in to get my order, is when I realized it was the wrong store. The worker told me to just call & cancel my order then I could order it at that store. I called & told the lady what happened.
She told me that it sounds like my problem not hers & she was not canceling my order, then hung up on me. I told the worker at the store where I was at, what she said & she hung up on me. He told me, "I'm so sorry, she should not do that to any customer." I told him I will take care of that in a few, but needed to put in my order for this store. So I go online & again put in "use my location" to select a store.
Now, I'm standing in the store at 1503 N Story Rd., but again it brings up the store at 915 Irving Blvd. I showed the work & told him, "See I'm not crazy" I changed the store & put my order in then called the other store again. The same person answered, & again I told her I need to cancel my order. She said an order for Donna Reed, I said Yes.
She said, your order just take out & I'm not canceling it. Then hung up on me again. I call CS put in a complaint & said I wanted a fund. Was told it would be 3 to 5 business days but my refund would be refunded.
WELL IT BEEN LONGER THEN THE 5 DAYS, BUT STILL NO REFUND!!! I guess I will be calling corporate in a few hours & see what is going on.

Ordered online went to pickup and still had to wait an hr. I ordered the DD pizza and a order of crazy sauce and garlic butter.
Received the garlic butter but not the marinara sauce. I pizza was cold and disgusting.

I went into the location and ordered my food. I noticed that the guy preparing the pizzas was not wearing gloves.
I politely asked for the manager, and it turned out that the guy preparing the food was the manager. So, I asked him if he thought it was safe or if it was okay for him not to have gloves on while preparing pizzas. He told me that it was not a policy.
Unfortunately, I really truly believe that after Covid, it has become an issue we have all faced. Not having gloves on while preparing food is a very unsanitary and unprofessional way to run an establishment.

My comment is... This store is subpar.
The supposed manager, Aleaza, is not conducting herself as a manager should. The customer service is dreadful. My order was mistakenly given to someone else and there was no apology or suggestion of how to rectify the mistake. Instead, the excuse given was that there were two orders with the same name.
When I questioned the verification of the order, she responded, asking if I wanted my money back, and she did so with an attitude. I asked to speak with the main manager; she informed me that she was the general manager. So, I requested to speak with the district manager instead. After providing her with my name and number, I stated that if he doesn't call by Monday evening, I would return.
This unfortunate situation has taken my money since I have to wait for a refund because they made a mistake. Therefore, I am awaiting the reversal of my funds. Instead of returning there, I decided to message you and inform you about this situation. Additionally, I just received a call asking if the right order was refunded.
It's also worth mentioning that there was an autistic gentleman in front of me whose order was completely incorrect. He tried to explain what he had ordered and the employees acted as if it was his fault, disregarding his complaints. That store needs to be closed before legal ramifications ensue. Customers should not be treated this way without consequences.
Be assured that I will inform everyone about this and discourage them from visiting Elkins Little Caesars.
I am also considering lodging a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this situation as I believe they would be interested in hearing about it. Now let's see if I receive a call from this so-called District Manager.

Most likely, this is the obese manager that got his feelings hurt when I told him that it was his fault that the employees do not help customers because he is leading by example.
