Discrimination... I have never been treated like this.
I was actually embarrassed. I've been rescheduling my interview for months now because he's not there or they're not answering the phone. He was very rude while we were on the phone. I think he needs to be demoted.
I don't think he needs to be fired; everyone needs a second chance. But the way he acts and treats people is unprofessional.

Dear Little Caesars Customer Service,
I am writing to formally share my disappointing experience at the Little Caesars located at 7493 Katy Fort Bend Rd. in Katy, TX, on the evening of [insert date].
I am a long-time loyal customer my children and I order from Little Caesars several times a week but the way this situation was handled has left me frustrated and questioning whether to continue bringing my business here.
I had seen your football season promotion for $4.99 large pizzas with the PIZZAPIZZA discount code and decided to order for my family and guests. I needed eight pizzas, so I placed four separate online orders (one paid in advance, three to be paid in-store). Nowhere in the promotion details did it state that the offer was limited to one per customer. Each order was placed separately with different pizzas, well in advance of my 6:15 p.m.
pickup time.
When I arrived at the store, the manager questioned whether I really wanted all those pizzas, and claimed he had tried to call me, even though I never received a call, email, or notification of any kind. Despite my orders being placed around 5:205:30 p.m., I was told only one was prepared, and I had to wait another 15 minutes for the rest. When my order was finally handed to me, the pizzas were mixed up: instead of 1 pineapple, 4 sausage, 1 ham, and 2 pepperoni, I received 2 ham, 2 sausage, and 6 pepperoni.
I pointed out the mistake, explaining that pineapple was important as it was the one pizza I personally enjoy. The manager told me it would take another 15 minutes.
I went home briefly to feed my family, then returned, only to be told by the same manager, Oh, I didnt think you were really going to come back, forcing me to wait even longer. In the end, I did not get home with the correct pizzas until 7:30 p.m. more than an hour after my scheduled pickup. At no point did the manager apologize for the mistakes, delays, or inconvenience.
As a single mother of three two of whom are on the autism spectrum Little Caesars has been a go-to for us because of its affordability and convenience.
This experience, however, was stressful, disappointing, and far from the quality I expect from your company. Furthermore, if the promotion truly is one per customer, it should be clearly stated in the app, advertisements, and commercials to avoid misleading situations like this one.
I respectfully request that this complaint be taken seriously, and I would appreciate a formal apology for how this was handled. In addition, I believe compensation is appropriate whether in the form of a refund for the incorrect order or a customer service incentive to make up for the time, money, and frustration this caused me and my family.
I have proof of my orders and call logs showing I was never contacted.
I am happy to provide these if needed. Please have someone reach out to me at your earliest convenience.

I was told I was fired. I used to be a manager and had an amazing record in 2018, but I had a child and had to leave for a better job to provide for my family.
I recently came back, but when I let the woman in charge know I was kin to Shae Johnson, she told me I was fired from her store. I am in fact kin to her through Jordan Johnson, which recently got me fired from his father's company, Food Service. So I tried to go back. Mrs.
Keisha hired me and told me about my nephew being kin to one of the store managers and I was still sent there. I was in the middle of doing the sheet but was told to go home. That wasn't right and they said that I cursed in front of a customer and that I was on my phone when I got to work. There was no prep on the sheet outs, so I had to work hard to get her Crazy Bread and the sheet put.
I haven't been at work for three days because I was off and had to go Saturday to the hospital because I have two torn rotator cuffs that happened four months ago. I will be, in fact, consulting with legal services to see that me and the manager are in fact kin through my nephew. All the managers play on their phones all day. But the thing is, how am I working with my nephew's cousins when the GM already knew that we were related?
It seems that after all these years of having a good record, the store manager fired me while she was on three-way with my nephew. She made up excuses that weren't right, saying that I cursed in front of a customer, but I was not around any customer at all. I was doing the sheet but then went to the store to get cigarettes on my break. When I came back, I was told to go home.
The manager on shift, I dated her best friend and recently broke up with her. Then I was told a week ago by the girl I was seeing that she was going to get me fired. As soon as I went to work, I got fired.
They have made up excuses to fire me, and I in fact want my job back. I am requesting that the corporate office review these records and take action on my discrimination regarding this matter and request for myself to have my Little Caesars record stay as it was when I left in 2018 for rehire at a later time.

I don’t know what it is… but this store is getting a little loose on the who they are hiring. Seems a little less customer friendly and I have been going there for ages.
Just past noon no wings (was craving badly for) and all I asked for was a tiny cup of jalapeños to kinda compensate for no wings. Well you can go to another store.
The employee said with a stone face. Wasnt to much to ask. 6 Bil co.. and couldnt provide some jalapeños thats like 5 cents to everything they make or profit?.
Asker for name. All I got was,the one in red hair.
Plan to not got to that location for quite sometime. If not at all.

Turning customers away because you close in 30 minutes is outrageous. They still had time to fix whatever I wanted to order, but instead I'll take my money somewhere else.

I placed an online order at 4:35PM for a 6:15PM pickup. I noticed there was no movement with the online tracking but drove to the store anyway.
I was told there was 16 orders ahead of mine. I cancelled the order and waiting on my refund.
This is not the first time this has happened at this store.
Avoid the Grube St. (Springfield, OH) store.

Get rid of this particular manager! She was very rude, rolled her eyes.
We had ordered 2 hot and ready pizzas, one cheese and one pepperoni. The cheese was ready, so she slammed it onto the counter, and it sat there for almost 10 minutes, instead of keeping it hot until the other one was done. My husband requested both pizzas hot. She then said, 'The reason this is getting cold is because you're standing here waiting on it.' Like really?!?!!!
We demanded a refund, and she got more mad and slammed the cold pizza back into the warmer. Very unprofessional.

I ordered two extra most bestest pizzas. One was sausage one with pepperoni and it shouldve had crazy crazy bread the garlic and butter flavoring all over the pizza pie didnt receive that paid for it and then two more pizzas.
Extra most bestest normal with sausage and pepperoni dried up and almost burnt.
There was black spots on the bottom of the pizza And over the cheese and the Italian cheese bread was also burnt and dry. It was horrible and ridiculous for the price and the time I had to wait when there was practically nobody in there waiting.

I'd asked for a pepperoni pretzel crust pizza with the cheese sauce. Your employee was obviously stoned or incompetent and only heard the cheese sauce or something.
I got home after being on a roof all day. I'm a business owner myself and had an unusually long day putting on a roof after one of our crews backed out on a roof replacement. I'm tired and was hungry for a pepperoni pretzel crust pizza with cheese sauce. I had fiberglass all over me.
I finally got home to open the pizza and it was a worthless cheese freaking pizza. My girl and I both ate a piece because obviously we were hungry. That's the whole point of me stopping to get pizza, and I immediately called the store and told them what they messed up. She said I had to bring the pizza in.
I said that's ridiculous, but whatever, so I brought the pizza back. They would not fix it. I even offered to pay half of a pepperoni pizza in exchange for the half of the *** and the manager offered me a punk *** little *** $2 discount. I told him to keep the *** and I'm going to your other Little Caesars branch to go get a pepperoni pretzel crust pizza with cheese sauce.
