Little Caesars - Very bad service will not return
Went to the Payson Utah little ceasers. I went in at 9:30 on Thursday evening to place an order.
The workers completely ignored me I was there until 10:10 last night. They would not even take my order. I'm ready to go to the bbb and gephart. I called customer service, they said a supervisor would be in touch no one called back.
This was not the first time. Last time they gave me an ice cold pizza n another one burnt. Before that I placed an order that came up to 65.30 I had a 100.00 they would not take it so I left n went to taco time. The first time I had a bad experience was for three combo or supreme pizzas they told me they were out of everything at 2:30 p.m.
So I went to Pizza Hut. I will tell others what Payson branch is pulling.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $185.
Preferred solution: To have a new line of workers n a full refund..
I didn't like: Dont care about customers.

Why do you return to the place and consume the food ? You won't receive a refund .
Clarify .... did you threaten to "go" to the "bbb" (sic) ? Forget it. They will do nothing.
Contrary to urban myth, they have no power and are not the Commerce Police. Unfortunately I'm not familiar with "gephart" but I suspect something equally ineffective.
It is obvious that the OP is lying to get his or her money back. If they were telling the truth they would return the pizza. Since they ate it they cannot.
